I just moved from an iPhone 6s to Xs. On the 6s if an app (let's say CreditKarma)needed secure log in it would ask for fingerprint ID. On the Xs I'm asked for the phone's PIN. I've looked but cannot find a way have it ask Face ID. I have already turned on Face ID in every place I can find...

I use black wallpaper on all my devices. IPhone Xs,3 iPads, even the iPhone 4s and 6s Putting a picture on there just adds clutter.

As an aside -- I have a pair of Beltone hearing aids and their app pretty slick. Multiple frequency response curves and control right from your iPhone. I am not affiliated with Beltone in any way just a happy customer. bob

Just to give a different view. Wireless charging doesn't ring my bell at all. I'm retired and around the house a lot so I plug it in every night and if I need to charge during the day I have a couple chargers plugged in around the house. The rest of the stuff in the X -- I WANT IT NOW!!

You may already know this, but... I just realized that I can Facetime Me. I work on my motorcycles in my shop and often need to see under or around something. I also have an iPhone 4s that I'm not using. I can Facetime myself and stick the phone in or under the bike and see what is going...
