Has anyone used the app wallpaper liberator? I'm looking for a way to move the icons around to suite me. On certain pages I would like only one or two icons per row. Are there any other ways to accomplish this or is this my only option?

As a former iPhone (iPhone 3 and 4) and lately android user, I am coming back to iPhone with a 7 plus. While I liked my Samsung S7, I want a larger screen. I just hope to find most of the same apps that I have been using or something similar.
