Amazon Echo is a "home base" unit but has been compared to Siri in several reviews. If you are hearing impaired it will get pretty loud but no screen display.

It seems that Siri just refers you to the internet sight. Echo is awesome but not mobile

Do you use it several times a day or week? What do you most commonly ask Siri? Are the replies form Siri satisfactory? Does anyone on here have Amazon's Echo? Do you like it better than Siri even though it is not a mobile unit.

I love mine for all the above reasons but still there are some features that I really miss from my Android phone. Personally I like most of the Android Apps better. There are tons more free Apps.

Does MyWi require you have your phone jailborken? I would rather not jailbreak if I don't have to. Where I live internet goes out all the time so being able to get online using my cell phone as a hotspot is very useful. Thanks

I do agree with you but don't like it. Every other phone out there allows FoxFi even Blackberry lol. Apple should not be concerned. It is a control issue with them no matter what their corporate statement is.

I only really miss one thing and that is not being able to download any app that I want. I don't understand why Apple blocks some apps. I paid for the phone so don't give me the security excuse. Other than that I love it.

I am not so sure about that. I know Verizon does not want you to do this but Apple will not allow the FoxFi app. If you jailbreak you can install the app and use it. So that said it is Apple that is blocking not Verizon. The way I see it if I am paying for say 6 gigs of data I should be able...
