I just answer the calls because it could be a customer, but put it on speaker phone & Mute. If it’s someone I need to talk to I unmute the call. If not, then I leave my phone muted and they hang up after a while. This seemed to work well with me.

Problem solved after calling Apple...... It appears when you go to see what apps need to be updated, you need to swipe down while in the app update screen to see apps that need to be updated after upgrading the firmware. Problem solved, and maybe this will help others out. Great day folks!
