Will Sprint Iphone 4S work on AT&T or T-Mobile?

I was thinking about buying the Sprint 32GB white one from a friend. Does this phone have a Micro SIM port? Will GSM carrier like AT@T work on it? I know there isn't an unlock for it yet. But wanted to buy it for future.

Basically I need to know is the AT&T iphone 4S same as the Sprint? Or are they making one for CDMA and one for GSM?

Welcome to IPF Bengal! From what I understrand... it's the same phone no matter what carrier it's tied to. Apple designed the logic board on the 4S to support both GSM & CDMA technology. However, I do believe that the initial phones being released from specific carriers, ie. Sprint, are locked to that specific carrier. Wither or not they offer Unlocked phones at a later date... that's to be seen.

The chip Apple used in the 4S supports CDMA and GSM technologies.
So there's only one model. Not two like the iPhone 4.
The phone will be locked down to whatever Carrier you choose until your contract is up, or you pay an early contract termination fee unless you purchase an unlocked model.
