What buttons are pushed to reboot phone?

I am confused as to just the exact buttons are to be pushed to reboot the phone, my iPhone6 just went blank last night and i pushed and pushed the buttons with nothing at first happening later i again started pushing one then both the right power button then both it and the + sound left side button, after many tries the phone did reboot.
Hope you can give me better Info. on buttons.

On an IPhone 6 you need to hold the home and power buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Then let go. There will be a pause and the phone will restart.

it may have "crashed" as a result of your button pushing!

A few reasons:
Storage on iPhone very low, too many apps running in the background, an old iPhone, a problem with the connection to your wireless carrier, a hardware problem...

Well it's working well tonight my lease is up next month thinking of buying the iPhone6 and trading it in when the iPhone8 hits the dealers.
