Hi, does anyone know how I turn off the headphones settings on volume control as no volume at all on anything?

My volume went down hugely help! I'm hard of hearing and how does this happen to ME of all people!?? I may have to run to apple! I did reset and didn't do nothing the volume for phone calls is too low!
Any advice??
