Updated iPhone 4, no settings menu now

I can't find any way to pull up "settings" on my iPhone...anyone knows what I can do??? thanks.

If it was present before an update, then try hard resetting your device by holding the power and home button together until you see the Apple logo, then release. If that doesn't fix it, you may need to backup your device and restore it to a fresh copy of iOS.

Also, make sure it didn't get hidden in a folder!

You could also try search function and that should find it and also what folder it got placed in

If any of these does not work, you can take it to Apple Store.
