Transfering my Itunes content

I just bought a new computer and can't figure out how to transfer my itune content from my old computer.hone:

In iTunes, on the old computer: File>Library>Export Library to a location of your choice, such as disc or flash drive. Then on the new computer, File>Library>Import Library from that location.
