Ringtones!!!

Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to take a song or 2 from iTunes & transfer it to my iPhone 3GS as a ringtone! I have the latest version of iTunes, by the way (10.2.1)! Thanks in advance.

if its in mp3 format then right click in and convert to aac then rename from .m4a to .m4r and then load it into the ringtones library and then in the ringtone tab sync it. but make sure the song is under 30 seconds

You can download a ringtone maker from the app store or create ringtones directly in iTunes on your PC/mac...

Hi try downloading iringer it allows you to chose a song from your library, chose 40sec of song then sends it to your ringtone library were you re sync phone hey presto it's their in your ringtones!!!
