Text message alert

Hen I get an incoming text my iPhone 4 will only vibrate. I have not changed a thing and it was ringing before. Any tips?

Check the silent/vibrate switch on the left top of your corner. When you see the orange strip it is on vibrate only. When you push up the sound turns on again

I have that in the correct position. My phone rings with incoming calls just not with texts. Any other ideas?

Yep. Says notification center is on in messages. Any other ideas?

Try a reset of your phone by holding down the power button and then the home button at the same time. When the apple logo appears, release both. Ignore the "power off" slider...wait for the apple logo
