Still using ios 9.3.1

I still have ios 9.3.1 on my 16GB iphone 6. Not sure of I should upgrade to ios 10.3.2 because I fear it will slow it down or other problems. Any advice is appreciated.

I'm using the latest version of iOS 10 on my iPhone 6 Plus. I've not noticed any slowdowns or problems on my iPhone. iOS updates also contain security updates and bug fixes and updating is the only way to get those security patches and bug fixes.
