personal hotspot ipaddress

Hi all, I was wandering on the Verizon iPhone, on the personal hotspot can you change the ip-address that it gives out? Say i want it to hand out 192.168.55.1

Unfortunately I don't think you can change the default IP range that it uses. I think the Apple hotspot is a bit lacking, there are a couple of things they should have added in my opinion.

The other being the ability to change the hotspot name without having to change your iphone name.
