Well had a problem with the sound on my iPhone 4. So I call AT&T to ask them if I should deal with them or apple only to have them tell me it was out of warranty but to talk to apple. Now I bought my iPhone last June 17th or 18th so I should still have time left on it. The phone is a refurb but when I bought it through AT&T they told me it had the same 1 yr warranty as a new iPhone. To make a long story short they still said the warranty was up BUT they would replace my iPhone with any other phone I wanted as long as it wasn't an iPhone. Why would they offer me a new phone if they didn't screw up? And why should I take another phone when I have the phone I want? I just want it to work right since I have it for another year.
