No sound to speakers or docking port, can you help ?

I have checked all the settings in the phone, it vibrates but does not ring and there is no sound on media, however headphones work. I have reset to factory defaults, cleaned the docking port and headphone socket, i have Jailbroken the phone and have delted the file com.apple.iapd.plist.

Can`t think of or find anything else to do, any ideas ?
