Music won't play from Apple Music library

I allowed a friend to log me out of my Apple Music acct so that he could hear his music selection on my Bluetooth stereo in my car. Now I have logged him out and logged myself back in to my Apple Music acct and every time I try to play any song or playlist of mine I am getting an error that the Apple ID I am using is already associated with another device. I am now unable to play any of my music and am frustrated. I have an iPhone 7 plus and operating 10.3.1

A computer with iTunes is required.

Log in to iTunes click account then authorizations.

If you're using iTunes on a PC, as we do, don't automatically install. Instead, download the components and install them one at a time. There is a problem with the Windows Installer otherwise.
