So... I'm buying my first iPhone... the iPhone 4S. I need some help deciding on the
configuration of my new phone. I'm having difficulty deciding on memory... 32GB vs 64GB
Any help or comments would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

I have a 32GB phone, that's not enough for me. I'm almost maxed out, have 2GB free. Lots of music and movies on mine, I'd put more on if I had the space. You should leave some space free for system overhead, 2GB might be overkill though. Generally, you don't want to fill a solid state drive more than 90%. I don't know if that applies to the iPhone's "memory". To me, it's a drive.

It depends on how much music and videos you plan on putting on the phone. The iphone shares its internal storage with apps, music, videos and other data you place on it.
