I bought one of these at a second hand store (Model A1723) and have found that it is locked and connected to it previous owner's account on iCloud. I have no idea which version of OS it running; but would like access to the camera, and don't care much about anything else. However, I am unable get past the username and password page.
It doesn't have a SIM card, nor do I want to use the phone function.
Any help is appreciated.
