Ios 6 question--

I hope I'm writing this in the correct spot? With the new iOS 6 will it allow iPhone 4S to be 4g? Will the other features be available on 4s?

When is this going to be an available for install?

iOS 6 will not change the function of the iPhone 4S' cellular radios. It will still only function on 3G and HSPA+ networks. All features; Siri updates, Turn by Turn Navigation, general updates.

No it wont as its the hardware on the phone thats not compatible with 4G

Officially iOS 6 is scheduled for release September 19. However Apple may put it up on the server later tonight.

I'm guessing it wont be released until 6am California time at the earliest on the 19th which means 2pm here in Ireland Mariuss.

So I have the iPhone 4s and I hear ios6 is being released today, Sept 19.... Anyone know what time of day to expect? (I'm eastern time zone)

Also, where would u find this update? (will it be under settings in my phone and software update or is it on my desktop computer in iTunes? Or elsewhere? thank you.
