Headphones Mode.

my phone keeps going in and out of headphones mode and sometimes doesnt play music unless headphones are in ive tryed a few things including lowing the bit where headphones go and no joy any ideas?

Odds are you iPhone has been in contact with enough moisture to foul up the bottom connector, head phone jack and speakers.

Fix? Realistically no. You could try letting it dry out in a container of rice for a few days to see if the extra moisture can be removed. But since you have had it on before trying that, your chance of success is very low now.
