HAS ANYONE SEEN THIS BEFORE?

Check out the network bar in the upper left. Has anyone ever seen that network and symbols? The status showed up like that suddenly. I had to restart my phone to make it change back. I have an AT&T phone. I was in the Wisconsin North Woods when it showed up? The pic is a screen shot from my phone. I have an iPhone 7 plus running iOS 11.

The lettering seems to be Chinese. I hope my phone is not under attack!

Well, at least you had a signal. I was up nort this summer and couldn't even get directions to escape. And no, never seen that before. Perhaps there is a small provider up there that is doing something and your phone was roaming as a lot of that area is roaming for AT& T.

Never saw that before. Rebooting solves some problems with IOS 11. I had to do it myself.
