Emailed Photos On 4S Upside Down?

This is a pretty dumb question but when I emailed a couple of photos, at the recipients email they came thru upside-down (Even though in the Camera Roll they appear rightside up). When I took them I was holding the phone horizontally with the home button on the right, as opposed to when I used my old 3G which I just held straight vertically.

Interestingly, when I use Camera+ app to take the pics and store them to Camera Roll, when emailed they always appear rightside up. I'm wondering if I' holding the phone wrong but always thought it better to hold it horizontally for a panoramic shot.

Ok - so it looks like if you are going to take a panorama with the phone held horizontally the home button has to be on the right . Or stick to using Camera+, although there may be times when you want to do a quick grab shot and it would be a shame to blow it, when the 4S has such a great camera.
