Do I need iTunes for this?

Other than my iOS devices I own a Linux computer, I do not own a Windows machine.. so there's no way of having iTunes on the computer in my case. I have purchased 103 songs from iTunes last year. Can I download those songs to an iPod nano over the air like I do with my iPhone 5? I guess what I'm asking is can I get along on the iPod nano without having a computer with iTunes installed?

The iPod nano has no internet connectivity, so there us no way of downloading content to it without connecting to a computer with iTunes installed.

Darn, I was hoping it at least had Wi-Fi connectivity. Thank you very much for the information.
