how do i move the contacts icon from the screen "siri app suggestions" to the main screen

Siri app suggestions is part of Spotlight Search. You can’t get Contacts from there to your homescreen.

The Contacts app should be somewhere on your iPhone, maybe in a folder. When you search for it, Spotlight Search will show the folder where you can find it. From there, it’s possible to get it to the homescreen. Tap and hold until it starts to wiggle, then drag the app to the location where you need it.
