Can we use the latest restore file to restore the iphone

Dear Friends,

i have a iPhone4 IOS 6.1.3 & Its jailbreaked.

When i want to update IOS7 from phone OTA (settings > general > Software update) nothing comes & the search continues infinitely.

When i want to update from iTunes (7.1) it does download the restore file (in my case, iPhone3,1_7.0_11A465_Restore) but when i click update it says 'the firmware downs not supports'.

So i came to know that its because of jailbreak & needs to be restored. So the question is .......

Is it possible we use the latest file i:e iPhone3,1_7.0_11A465_Restore instead of 2_6.1.3_10B329_Restore.ipsw ?

Before you start to upgrade to iOS 7, please remember a few thing....

• Apple stopped signing iOS 6.1.3 & iOS 7.0, so you need to upgrade directly to iOS 7.0.2.
• Save your SHSH blobs on iOS 6.1.3, incase you need to downgrade from iOS 7.

The latest firmware for you device is iPhone3,1_7.0.2_11A501_Restore.ipsw

You just contradicted yourself by saying "Apple stopped signing iOS 6.1.3...." and then going on to say "Save your SHSH blobs on iOS 6.1.3..."
