I Recently downgraded my iPhone 4 from 5.1 to 5.0.1 and jailbroke it now my question is can I upgrade just by pluging my iPhone in the computer and click update

Yes in iTunes but you will lose your jailbreak. Although I think with a 4 not a 4s you can jailbreak on any iOS.

If you upgrade to 5.1 or 5.1.1 at the moment you will only have semi or tethered jailbreak.

Its rumoured that the un tethered jb is approx two weeks away !
