Backing up your iPhone without iTunes?

I've abandoned iTunes and am now using iFunbox for most everything. However, I need to backup my phone. Is it possible to do so without trying to hopelessly navigate through the maddening maze of iTunes?

In short, no. iFunBox is for individual archiving and access. If you want to backup the entire device with a simple click, you'll need an iTunes-based utility such as iExplorer. It's a completely different utility on its own, but it uses iTunes as a base and is much easier and much more user friendly than iTunes through my experience.

Or you can use an iCloud backup plan. Moved my daughter to it since she wouldn't keep her phone synced with her laptop. Saved her twice so far. Of course the biggest issue for her is that iCloud backup doesn't handle videos in the Camera Roll yet.
