4s is fried from water, possible to switch out the solid core into a dif iPhone?

Decided to give my iPhone a bath and now its fried. I have another 4s that Im still working to unlock, but i would mostly like to try and recover anything i can off of the old one. Can I just switch over the chip? Or is there another way to do it? Any help would be very much appreciated.

im not an expert but i highly doubt u could use anythin!
does the old i phone turn on?
