3GS Home Button Not Working

The home button on my 3GS isn't working.

I have replaced the bottom dock entirely, but the home button still isn't working. What else can I try?

Try bending the tabs under the screen happend to me before I opened the pins wider worked fine

Sometimes when you add new hardware to iPhones, it's best you do a hard reset by pressing the home button and sleep button for 10sec.

Is the home button flex cable damaged? Try replacing that part?
