Make sure computer, iTunes and iPhone are up to date. If possible, use a different cable when you connect the iPhone to the computer.
Restart both devices, iPhone and computer.
It might be necessary to update, disable or even uninstall security software on your computer.

Dobry den, PC aj telefon som restartoval, vymenil kabel, antivir mam eset, nic nepomohlo

Security software can sometimes prevent backups. Remove it from your PC, then try backing up again.

Install it again after performing the backup.

Also make sure everything is up to date. The latest software for the iPhone 11 is iOS 15.2.
