Depends on you Internet connection if your referring to YouTube videos.

Not sure if it's due to HTML5, but I can now watch hires YouTube videos. Previously I couldn't. However, it's only possible through the safari browser on the YouTube site. If I load the YouTube app then I still can only play the lowres videos. This tells me that it must be something to do with HTML5 which doesn't require a plugin ie flash...hence only works from within the safari browser.

All good for the iPhone. Previously I was very annoyed that I couldn't watch hires YouTube videos on my iPhone. Now it's possible! Yeah!

youtube vids will be in high res when viewed via using WiFi on the youtube app.

if viewing via 3G network the res of the vids will become lower.

you can watch them on 3g by not using the native youtube app and using the new youtube mobile web site m.youtube.com

simply move the old youtube icon to a folder and replace it by creating a short cut to the mobile web site

thats not a bad idea ,but i dont have my :iphone4vert: 4 yet tho :/
