I've seen Dreamboard themes that resemble the Windows Phone interface. It's pretty much the same look of the 360 dashboard. Now, what those themes are and where to get them... I haven't a clue.

@OP, if you're talking about the Windows Phone layout which is similar to the Windows 8 panel type setup, then I got both you and Justin's back. It's a string of themes by rigat0n1 on ThemeIt called Metro. Looks really nice. I bought it and have yet to regret it. There are still a little bit of patching up that he needs to do, but overall, it's a great theme.

If you mean panels that are angled slightly, then I have no clue sorry
