Whiteout on 5s screen

Hi. When choosing some apps before it fully loads I am getting a white line on the left had side of my screen. Any one else getting this?

Hi. When choosing some apps before it fully loads I am getting a white line on the left had side of my screen. Any one else getting this?

Does this white line rotate with the screen when you change from portrait to landscape or does it remain stationary? If it remains stationary, it may possibly be a screen defect.
