I'm hoping that someone can help me re assemble my iPhone 4. I had replacing cracked screen and I thought I had everything right. However there is one piece that I cannot figure out where it goes. I have looked at videos and still can't find. Can anybody help me?

Look at step 5 in this tutorial, this is where your missing piece, a grounding clip, goes. http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPhone+4S+Logic+Board+Replacement/7283 $image-45791652.jpg

Thank you so very much. I think the picture you sent me was for a 4s however to was in the right ballpark. The site that you pointed me to was extremely helpful. Thanks again.

You're welcome. Let us know how it comes out.

Hy. Maibe it could help in the future: there is in the app store the "i fix it" application which can guide you through all stept for any issue had, but you should walk it through first and only afterworda start the repair.
Luck and enjoy.

Thank you for your suggestion. Greatly appreciated. Let us hope However that there isn't going to be a next time. Fat fingers and Lots of teeny-weeny screws makes for a very Tedious experience.

I know what you mean. A magnifying glass and a set of pliers are the beat help ever. But as you say, hope for not needing it again.

It goes on the side of the battery plug . Before you put the screw that holds the battery .
