Crack Chicken
INGREDIENTS
One and a half cups elbow macaroni, dry
3 cups cubed skinless, boneless cooked chicken breast
16 cooked and chopped bacon pieces (about 1 and half cups once cooked)
3 tablespoons butter
1 small chopped yellow onion
10.5 ounces undiluted cream of chicken soup
Sour cream, 2 cups
4 ounces softened cream cheese
14 percent milk or half-and-half
1 ounce ranch dressing seasoning package
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered onion
3 cups cheddar shredded cheese, split
1 thinly sliced green onion

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
Fill a medium saucepan with water to 34% capacity. Add elbow macaroni and bring to a low rolling boil. Make sure the macaroni is al dente before serving .rain and put aside the macaroni.
Add the butter and diced onions to a medium skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes over medium high heat, stirring the onions with a wooden spoon to promote equal frying. They should be transparent and golden/light golden brown in color. Take the pan off the heat and set it aside.
Combine the melted cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk or half-and-half, and 1oz ranch dressing powder in a medium mixing bowl.
