What is X-SIM is it good to use if i need can i use it or it will damage my phone

If you're referring to the R-SIM, it's just a low-branded Gevey SIM. It doesn't damage the device unless it somehow gets lodged at an angle that does not permit you to take it back out, which never happens unless you purposely do so.

Well thanks to all but i found i can't use 3G using this x-sim known as grevy sim

Make sure you've inputted the appropriate APN for your carrier, otherwise you won't get data-related reception

If you want an unlock on anything newer than an iPhone 3GS you have to pay for it in one way or another.
