What happened to my alarms?

I let the phone update to IOS 16.5.1 (c). All my alarms are GONE! How can I get them back without MANUALLY imputing each individual one and why did the update erase them in the first place?

These kind of things do happen after updates. Short of restoring from a backup, all you can do is re-enter your alarms.
