Viber video call problems...

Hi New here! Have a problem to make video call with Viber in a iPhone 5S.
The camera obviously do not connect the camera to Viber app.
A system message (It is a Swedish phone), translated from Swedish
"Camera not available
Unable to start the camera. Check the units settings"

The phone is recently updated to iOS 8.3.
We can't find any settings to make it work.
Is there anyone here that can give us a hint how to fix this?

Go to Settings - Privacy - Camera and look at the apps enabled there. If Viber isn't turned on, enable it, so that the app is allowed to access the camera.
