Viber issue

I have the latest Viber version from app store installed on iPhone 4 yet i get this error when my friend tried to send me a viber free message.
Does anyone have this problem? Is there a solution?

This is a member of Viber's development team.

This is probably a cross version compatibility issue.
Please make sure you and your friend have the latest Viber version available (2.1.2)

We checked our versions, we both have 2.1.2
And what about other iphone users I dont see them in my contact list as well
Please help

Our new version - Viber 2.1.3 - should be available on AppStore within the next few days. Once it's there, make sure you and the contacts with whom you have problems uninstall 2.1.2, and install the new 2.1.3

I would appreciate if you could keep me posted on whether or not 2.1.3 fixed the problems you described.
