Unable to download aplication

Hi. Every time I try to get a app it starts but returns this error( see photo ). Is it just me or is others getting it too.

is it everytime? or a certain app? i experienced that downloading GTA. after an hour i download it again and errors occur. after halfday i download it and viola it works. i think its in their server or idk. i tried downloading it thru itunes and still gets error. maybe you should wait and download again. it works for me
