9to5 Mac reports today that the first third-party adaptors to enable you to use your 30-pin devices with your new iPhone 5 (and eventually iPod touch and iPad) have surfaced on Amazon. They come from Nanotch, and their very existence puts paid to previous rumours and concerns that Apple might be keeping any such adaptors in-house. The adaptors come with a 20cm lead, and are available for pre-order now for delivery next week. 9to5 Mac has also updated this news story to say that another company, iTronz, is also now offering adaptors for pre-order on Amazon. As 9to5 Mac notes, the iTronz adaptor in particular looks much more like Apple’s own in-house adaptors. The iTronz adaptor costs just $9.99, whereas the Nanotch adaptor is selling for $17.99. In comparison, Apple is charging $29.00 for its own in-house 30-pin adaptor for the Lightning dock, which is says is compatible with the iPhone 5, iPod touch 5th gen, and iPod nano 7th gen.
