The iPhone 6 Plus and 6S Plus both have optical image stabilization which does a very good job of removing motion induced instability from videos and still photography. The iPhone 6 and 6S have digital image stabilization, which does almost as good a job as the optical image stabilization system in the 6 Plus and 6S Plus.
