Sync problems with latest Itunes

I having problem with my Iphone4 whenever I want to sync my phone this problem occur ( photo below) This problem won't allow me to sync anything..music,apps,movies..I'm telling you it's really getting on my nerves..


Can someone help me out with this? Yes my Iphone4 is jailbreak with OS 4.3.3

You have to shut down the computer and reboot. It will fix this issue. If you change anything on itunes like a software upgrade it tends to do this every now and then.
