Sync contacts with MS Outlook

I understand I should be able to move the contacts I have in iCloud to Outlook. How do I do that?

I have a simple way to do this. Try outlook iPhone apps like OutlookReflex to share your outlook contacts to share from desktop to mobile. In outlookreflex your mails and contacts are not stored in cloud, which is not secure. Instead it share from your desktop.
