Switching Glass On ATT iphone 4

Hey so I have a black iPhone 4 16gb for AT&T. My friend has a pink front and back cover for a Verizon iPhone 4. And I want to put it onto my phone. Does the difference between the carriers matter? Will it still fit my phone?

There is a difference. The clips and brackets are aligned differently between the GSM and CDMA models.
