Spam on FB app - it's back!

I'm having "People you may know" appear at the top of my FB app every time I open it, and the "person" who appears at the top, every time, is "Blushing bride", which is nothing more than a click-to-infect virus that I can't get rid of. It's not like I can run an anti-virus program on one app on my iPhone. Worse, this "blushing bride" doesn't appear in my FB page on my computer - it's only on my iPhone, so I can't go my computer and block the user.

This is so annoying. Why does FB add this cr** into their iPhone app anyway? Like I want to see friends of friends all over my FB page.
