I can't be positive, but I don't believe that there is such an app for the iPhone. iDevices were conceived as single user devices, consequently they are provided with the ability to lock the entire device, but not individual apps. When I googled your question, all the search results dealt with Android phones, not iPhones.

The ability to lock individual apps requires Jailbreaking... w/ several app lock programs available via Cydia.
