Smashed screen iphone 5s

I have literally just knocked it off the table and smashed the screen. I'm so annoyed! What should I do? Will anyone even have the parts for it yet??? Have found this.... but I'm not convinced. Any advice???

Did you purchase AppleCare+ for your iPhone when you bought it? If so, an accidental damage claim will cost you $79.00 plus applicable taxes. If you don't have AppleCare+, the screen repair cost will be $149.00 if you take it to an Apple store. Call ahead for confirmation before taking your phone in. Make sure you back up your phone before taking it in in case they replace it instead of replacing the screen.

I don't see any reason why the iphone 5 screen replacement kit wouldn't work on the 5s.

The home button on the 5S has the fingerprint sensor, this may result in the iPhone 5 screen not fitting the 5S.

It's awful that your phone is damaged so soon, when you do manage to get it fixed make sure you take it to a reputable place, you want an original screen not a cheapo screen that won't work, keep checking out ifixit.com.
