When you want to send text to group is there a way to set up group and save so you don't have to enter each time?

I did not find a way to do it. Perhaps it will be handled by iPhone in future releases. But for now, you can use 3rd party applications.

I am using a free one, Easy Group :

As I always have to send bulk SMS to same people, I save a lot of time.
