Safari Mobile Mode

iPhone peeps, is there a way to disable the mobile view in safari so I get all of my web pages in desktop mode. I'm new to the iPhone 5 and iOS platform, hence the question. Any info u can provide will be useful.

This would involve changing the user agent string and mobile safari on the iPhone doesn't allow that. There are some web browsers in the App Store that do allow that, Atomic Browser for example.

Websites use the information in the user agent string to determine which layout gets sent to the mobile web browser.

You can manually change your iPhone's profile to be recognized as an iPad or Mac like you an with Atom Browser as mentioned above, which requires editing a few system files. Just download the atom browser. There's a free version to try and a paid version for keeps. It hasn't disappointed yet
